Refunds: We offer refunds on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns: We accept returns on products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once the product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on products. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Discretion: At 'Our Secreto', we value our customers' privacy and discretion. All returns and refunds are processed in a confidential manner. Any returned products are thoroughly inspected and sanitized before being resold or disposed of.
